Built by SlideSource®

Trusted by the teams who can’t afford to look unsure.

For nearly 30 years, SlideSource has helped pharma and biotech teams prepare thousands of presentations for the most scrutinized rooms there are — FDA advisory committees, medical-legal-regulatory review, and high-stakes scientific briefings, where every word is weighed. ScriptAssist takes that same rigor and puts it in the hands of every presenter who refuses to sound like they’re reading.

Since 1996

Nearly three decades refining how professionals script, review, and deliver.

Thousands of decks

Each one built where legal, medical, and regulatory reviewers weigh every word.

The Word round-trip

The reviewer workflow those teams rely on — now in your hands.

The part no other teleprompter does

Stop babysitting script reviews.

Review scripts in Word. Present from PowerPoint.

When your script has to pass through reviewers — legal, medical, compliance, comms, your boss — ScriptAssist turns hours of copy-paste and version chaos into three clicks. Your deck and your reviewed script stay one and the same.

📤

Export notes to Word

One click exports every slide's script to a clean, branded Word document — the format your reviewers already live in. No logins to hand out, no new tool for them to learn.

✍️

Review with Track Changes

Reviewers edit in Word with tracked changes, exactly the way they always have. You stay in control of your deck the whole time — nothing leaves your machine.

🔄

Import updates back into PowerPoint

Bring the edits back in one click. ScriptAssist updates just the slides that changed, shows you each change before you accept it, and leaves everything else untouched. No copy-paste, no "which version is final?"

Your deck, your script, and your reviewers — finally in sync. It's the same file you present from, start to finish.

Why ScriptAssist

Deliver your best presentation — without memorizing a word.

Most teleprompters just scroll text at you. ScriptAssist is built around the deck you already present from — so your slides, your script, and your delivery finally work as one, and no one in the room ever knows.

🙈

Look natural — never caught reading

Share your entire screen with total confidence — your script simply isn't in it. Not on screen for your audience, not in the recording. On Zoom, Teams, or Webex they see your slides and your face, never your words. (It's hidden at the operating-system level, so it works with every meeting app.)

📊

Your notes are already your script

No re-authoring, no second document to keep in sync. The speaker notes in your deck become the script you read on camera — so the slides you present and the words you say are always the same file.

🖥️

Present the way the room needs

On-camera eyeline strip for real eye contact, slide overlay, full scrolling teleprompter, split view, or dual-monitor. Switch on the fly to fit the moment — and drive every mode from the clicker you already use.

Never stall on a blank slide PRO

Staring at empty notes the night before? Generate a natural, first-person script for any slide in one click — built from what's actually on the slide. Edit, accept, or regenerate, slide by slide. You always own the words.

🎙️

Never lose your place PRO

Your script scrolls itself as you speak, so you never fumble for the clicker mid-sentence or lose your spot in front of the room. Voice recognition runs entirely on your device — no audio ever leaves your computer.

⏱️

Never run over time

Know your run-time before you rehearse, set a time budget per slide, and watch a live over/under pacing meter while you present — so you land on time in front of the board, every time.

Hands-free PRO

Your script follows you.

Just speak — your script scrolls itself, so you never reach for the clicker mid-sentence or lose your place. And it all happens on your own computer.

Privacy by design

Your content stays yours.

Your decks are often confidential — board numbers, clinical data, deals in flight. ScriptAssist is built so your work stays on your machine, and nothing is sent anywhere unless you ask for it.

🎙️

VoiceSync runs on your device

Speech recognition happens locally, on your computer — no audio is ever uploaded or sent to the cloud.

🖥️

Your scripts stay on your computer

Your slides, notes, and scripts live on your machine, not on our servers. It's your file, start to finish.

AI only when you ask

Nothing is sent for AI scripting unless you click to generate — and your content is never used to train models.

How it works

From PowerPoint to on-camera in three steps.

No new workflow to learn. Open the deck you already have — you'll be presenting from it in minutes.

1️⃣

Open your deck

Point ScriptAssist at your PowerPoint file. Your speaker notes load in as your script — ready to read, or send to Word for a polish and import back.

2️⃣

Pick how you want to present

On-camera strip, overlay, scrolling teleprompter, split, or dual-monitor. Your slides advance with the clicker you already use — and the script follows along on its own.

3️⃣

Share your whole screen

Start your Zoom, Teams, or Webex share. Your slides and your face go out live; your script stays beside your camera and invisible to everyone else. Now just look up and talk.

Questions

Frequently asked

Who is ScriptAssist for?

Anyone who presents virtually and can't afford to look unsure — consultants, trainers, sales professionals, executives, medical affairs teams, and conference speakers. If you present from a deck and want to look prepared without memorizing every word, it's built for you.

How does my script stay hidden during a screen share?

Your on-camera script window is left out of whole-screen shares and recordings, so on Zoom, Teams, or Webex your audience sees your slides and your face — never your words. You can share your entire screen with confidence. (Technically: the hiding happens at the operating-system level, which is why it works no matter which meeting app you use.)

Could someone still see my script?

Not through the screen share or the recording. ScriptAssist keeps your script window out of what gets captured, so it stays out of what your audience sees on Zoom, Teams, or Webex and out of any recording made on your machine. It hides your script from the share — not from someone physically standing over your shoulder. On a video call, that's exactly where it matters: your audience sees your slides and your face, never your words.

Does it work with Zoom, Teams, and Webex?

Yes — and with any app that captures your whole screen, because the hiding happens at the operating-system level rather than inside any one meeting app. Share your entire screen in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Google Meet, or a screen recorder, and your script stays out of the capture.

My script goes through reviewers. How does that work?

Beautifully — it's what ScriptAssist was built for. Export your whole script to a clean Word document, send it to legal, medical, comms, or your boss to edit with tracked changes, then import their edits back with one click. Only the slides that actually changed are updated, and you see each change before you accept it — no copy-paste, no chasing the final version. The deck you present from and the script you reviewed are the same file.

Does it work with my existing PowerPoint?

Yes. Your script comes straight from your slides' speaker notes — nothing to re-author. You can also round-trip the script to Word for editing or review and import it back, with only the changed slides updated.

Is my data private?

VoiceSync runs entirely on your device — no audio ever leaves your computer. AI script generation, if you decide to use it, runs through a secure cloud service and your content isn't used to train models. Your decks stay yours.

What's the difference between Standard and Pro?

Standard gives you the hidden on-camera teleprompter, all five present modes, the Word review round-trip, and Presentation Timing. Pro adds the AI Script Assistant (generate a spoken script per slide when you're staring at blank notes) and VoiceSync (hands-free, on-device voice tracking so you never lose your place).

What do I need to run it?

Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) and Microsoft PowerPoint. Microsoft Word is also required if you use the Word review round-trip.

Is there a Mac version?

Not yet — ScriptAssist is a Windows 10/11 app today, because the capture-exclusion technology it relies on is Windows-specific.

How does the free trial work, and can I cancel?

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial of the full product. A payment method is required to begin, but you won't be charged today — and if you cancel before the trial ends, you're never charged at all. Cancel anytime, right inside the app — one click, no email required.
