Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident before you pay. That’s why every subscription starts with a free trial, giving you time to evaluate the full product, and you can cancel anytime before your trial ends to avoid being charged.

1. Free trial

New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial of the full product. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription automatically converts to the paid plan you selected and your payment method is charged.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account/subscription management page, from Settings → Account inside the app, or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you will keep access until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period except as required by law.

3. Renewals and paid periods

Your free trial is your opportunity to evaluate the full product. Once your trial converts to paid, that paid period is committed and is not refundable, and renewal charges after it are likewise non-refundable, because you can cancel at any time before the trial ends or before a renewal to avoid a charge, and we send renewals at the price and schedule shown at purchase. If a charge was clearly in error, contact us and we will make it right.

4. How to request a refund

Contact us at support@slidesource.com with the email address on your account and your order/receipt details. Because payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region (for example, EU/UK withdrawal rights for digital purchases, subject to applicable conditions).
