Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident before you pay. That’s why every subscription starts with a free trial, you can cancel anytime, and we back your first purchase with a money-back guarantee.

1. Free trial

New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial of the full product. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription automatically converts to the paid plan you selected and your payment method is charged.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account/subscription management page or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you will keep access until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period except as described below or as required by law.

3. Money-back guarantee on your first purchase

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first subscription charge within 14 days of that charge. [Confirm window and scope with counsel.] This applies to the initial conversion from trial to paid; subsequent renewals are described in Section 4.

4. Renewals

Renewal charges (after your first paid period) are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel at any time before a renewal to avoid the next charge, and we send the renewal at the price and schedule shown at purchase. If a renewal charge was clearly in error, contact us and we will make it right.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us at support@slidesource.com with the email address on your account and your order/receipt details. Because payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region (for example, EU/UK withdrawal rights for digital purchases, subject to applicable conditions).
